Privacy policy
Effective date: 6 November 2026
This policy explains how Prestige FC Manager (the game and this website, prestigefcmanager.com) handles information. The game is made by Lulu Games ("we", "us"), an independent game studio based in Israel. Contact: support@prestigefcmanager.com.
The short version
- We only collect what the game needs to run your account: your email address, your username and how you play.
- We never sell your information and we don't show ads.
- The only cookie is the one that keeps you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can ask us at any time to see or delete your information.
This website
Visiting this page doesn't ask you for anything and sets no cookies. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser information when your browser loads the page. It uses them to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
Your account
When you sign up we store:
- Your email address, used to confirm your account, to let you reset your password, and to answer you if you contact us. We don't send marketing emails.
- Your username, which other managers can see.
- Your password, stored only as a secure hash. We can never see the password itself.
Playing the game
We store your club and everything you do in the game: your squad, lineups and tactics, transfers and bids, finances, matches and news. Your club, your username, your results and the players you buy and sell are part of the shared game world, so other managers can see them, just like in a real league.
Messages
Messages you send to other managers are stored so they can appear in both inboxes. Messages you send to support are read by the game's administrators so they can answer you. We look at messages between managers only when that is needed to deal with a reported breach of the game's rules or when the law requires it.
Logins and security
Each time you log in we record the time, your IP address and the country it comes from. The country is looked up in a database on our own server, so your address isn't sent to anyone else for this. We keep this login history for 90 days. We use it to protect accounts and to stop one person from running several clubs.
Cookies and storage in your browser
- One login cookie. It keeps you logged in for up to 7 days. It is strictly necessary for the game to work, so it doesn't need a consent banner.
- Your settings. Choices such as match sound and volume, the match view speed, and whether scores are hidden ("blind" mode) are saved only in your own browser. They are never sent to us.
We don't use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels.
Emails
The game's emails (confirming your address and resetting your password) are sent through an email delivery provider, which handles your email address only to deliver them.
Who we share information with
We never sell your information. It is handled only by the providers that run the game for us (hosting, the database, email delivery), each only to provide its service. We also disclose information if the law requires it. These providers may be located outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires for such transfers.
Why we use it (legal bases)
- To run your account and the game you signed up for (performing our agreement with you).
- To keep accounts secure and the game fair (our legitimate interest, for example the login history).
- To meet legal obligations, when they apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your account for as long as it exists. The login history is deleted after 90 days. When your account is deleted, your login details and login history go with it. Messages you sent to other managers stay in their inboxes under your old username. A short record of administrator actions, such as an account being deleted, is kept so we can account for them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy, or to delete your account and its information. Write to support@prestigefcmanager.com from the email address of your account. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and children under 13 should not create an account. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Connections to the game are encrypted, passwords are stored only as hashes, and logging out ends your session at once. No system is perfectly safe, but we work to protect your information and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Important changes will also be announced in the game.
